Menu
After the ice floating experience, we gather around the atmospheric open campfire beside our lakeside sauna to warm up and enjoy an authentic Lappish evening. The menu includes delicious creamy salmon soup served with freshly baked archipelago bread and butter and coldsmoked reindeer, locally produced cheese and cloudberry jam. In addition to this, traditional reindeer sausage is grilled over the open fire and homemade warm berry juice is provided. You can brew traditional Finnish campfire coffee or premium tea. A sweet Lappish dessert of the day, such as a warm cinnamon bun, berry pie or homemade coffee cake is served.
